Email Sending Policy
This policy explains how aleksaitcyber uses verified transactional email services (currently Mailgun, previously Amazon SES) for infrastructure-related communication.”
Purpose of Email Sending
Effective Date: October 2025
We send transactional system notifications only. These include:
- Server health alerts
- Backup and snapshot status
- Security notifications (SSH login, fail2ban events)
- System uptime and monitoring alerts
No Unsolicited Email
We do not send:
- Marketing or newsletters
- Cold outreach or bulk email
- Third-party or purchased email lists
Sender Authentication
Outgoing mail is authenticated using:
- DKIM signing (enabled through Mailgun)
- Custom MAIL FROM domain (
mail.aleksaitcyber.com) - SPF record including Mailgun
- DMARC policy enabled at domain level
Receiving & Monitoring
Transactional mail is sent from:
alerts@mail.aleksaitcyber.comWe monitor bounces and complaints and take corrective action immediately.
All messages are authenticated, signed, and rate-limited. We do not provide third-party relay or forwarding for other domains.
All email operations are internal and authenticated under mail.aleksaitcyber.com.
